You kiss and you hug and your body speaks love
But my eyes are shut because to me it’s just lust
And thrust, that’s what you do
But where is your dignity when all of that is through?
Where are you!
Where is the innocence you lost?
It’s with the bliss and the true happiness.
Yes, this is it.
You reveal every inch of your body in hopes that one might squint and catch a glimpse and perhaps even hint that he’s interested
…But not in you
No, your mind is far behind on his list of priorities
He sees only your skin and wants authority
He wants a bite, a carnal appetite
A taste, and for that a date
A limited time for you to unwind
A useless game that always ends up in crying
Stop trying!
You try so hard and you desperately want love.
This, this is normal,
But nothing about your method is formal
Your unconventional tactics lead only to small time acrobatics
And when the show is over it falls flat, that’s it
If you really want love and companionship and trust and hope and faith and something that lasts longer than a couple of days then do it the right way!
I’ll have you know that modesty and sincerity go hand in hand
And if you want a real man he’ll definitely understand
That patience is a virtue, and that love is kind
And if he really loved you he would wish he was blind
So that he could better understand what’s in and on your mind
But in order to find this man so kind it sometimes takes time
This time you should use to improve the new you
Cover your jewels and keep them for you
And those that you trust
Your family and those that you love
And your husband, he should be above all others on this list
He’s the man you’ll have the strongest relationship with
So until you have matching rings
Don’t worry about other things
Complications are easy to build
So keep your hands to yourself and put up a force field and make him wait
Waiting is a key for a successful lock called true love
And if you wait long enough you’ll find it in your glove,
In the shape of a ring.
Respect yourself and he’ll do the right thing.
